What is Candeno?
Candeno is Denmark’s leading online career tool. We’re on a mission to ensure that finding a job, an internship or an education needs to be as easy and accessible as possible. Therefore, we’ve been the teammate of the job, education and internship seekers since 2020. We’ve gathered a bunch of useful tools on our platform, including CV and application builders, job and education databases, inspiration hubs, courses and much, much more.
Responsibilities
Review and maintain tickets received from external development partners
Assisting internal developers by relieving them from operational tasks
Support employees with software and hardware difficulties
Handle email and account management across the company
Identify opportunities to automize operational tasks
Simple bug handling on platform and website level
Operational tasks regarding IT security
Candeno Stack
Backend: PHP and Laravel
Frontend: React/Redux, TypeScript and SaSS
Databases: MySQL
DevOps: Github, Docker, and Ubuntu/Nginx
Requirements
Previous experience in support
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Familiarity with Git
Great IT skills within both the hardware and software areas
Professional and responsible personality
Curious and problem solving personality
Bonus if experienced in PHP/Laravel, but not required
